This office is very unorganized. I had to call and give them my insurance information twice (the second time because the office person forgot to save it into the computer). My husband is deployed so TRIcare is all new to me. When they never called me back with an issue, I assumed everything was fine with the insurance. Prado prescribed hydroxyzine for my daughter so I gave it to her before the appointment. I arrived at the appointment and they told me I only have TRIcare medical and not dental. I asked why didn't anyone call me before telling me this so I wouldn't give my daughter the medicine until we figured everything out. I even showed them the message where the called to confirm the appointment and when I called back. I didn't want my daughter to have taken the medication in vain so I paid $315 to have my daughter seen. When Prado came out he was very rude and disrespectful about the whole incident. He said I should have dental insurance so it is my fault. He showed no remorse that my daughter took medication without his office verifying everything. I asked for a refund once I seen his behavior and he told me to get out of his office. I will not have people who carelessly prescribe medicine work on my child's mouth.
