I have used Mr. Harper's services for at least 20 years now and he is routinely professional, caring and willing to work hard for me when I was in a hurry and always needing his help ASAP because of MY procrastination. He and his wife are available when I need to talk with them. During their busiest times they have always taken the time to listen and help me when I know they are under such time constraints and have much, much larger clients than me. I believe their fees are indeed fair and reasonable. I wouldn't think of changing firms even though I have been living in Raleigh for the last 15 years.
