Measure wrong and fit wrong, They would not even try to fix the problem, because nothing was their fault, it was all the brides fault. Ended up buying a 2nd dress at a more reputable salon. I would not even call this place a wedding store, you get no help in finding or trying on a dress. After you find a dress they come and measure you. That is the extent of their consulting. Think twice about going here, Horrible experience.

I'm a bridesmaid in a wedding. The bride had all of us order our dresses from Jean's bridal. All of them were paid for rush delivery. The rest of the bridesmaids received their dresses about a month and a half ago, I still have yet to receive mine. I contacted Jean's bridal 3 weeks ago to find out where my dress was. They knew exactly who I was when I said the brides name so they were obviously aware I had yet to receive my dress. They refunded the shipping for the dress, and put all the blame on after 6 for forgetting to make the dress. But come on shouldn't they have noticed as they were checking off everyone else's dress and shipping them out that they were missing one. And after a month and a half shouldn't they have started to make the calls without an angry phone call from a bride and bridesmaid. And how can they say that after 6 is taking full responsibility? No one lost out on anything. They still got paid and there was no rush put on the shipping. I will never purchase anythin
