      Historic Thalian Hall is one of the United States' most historic theatres and has been in continuous operation since opening night, October 12th, 1858. Historic Thalian Hall has undergone several renovations throughout its history, with the most recent renovation completed in May 2010, but maintains the magnificent Victorian auditorium and decorations. Today, Historic Thalian Hall hosts over 800 events per year, including the Legends & Main Attractions Series, featuring world-class touring artists in various performance disciplines, the Cinematique Film Series, in cooperation with WHQR Public Media, Pied Piper Children's Theatre, and over 35 community-based theatre, dance, film, and music organizations.Historic Thalian Hall is one of the United States' most historic theatres and has been in continuous operation since opening night, October 12th, 1858.
