      i.e., AAttorney Richards: I want to thank you for all your help getting me through one of the toughest times in my life. Filing bankruptcy and having to go through the process involved seemed like an insurmountable task, but you made this task something I could understand and get through. You and Morgan's help and compassion made this process not as overwhelming as I thought it would be, and yes, thanks for holding my hand when I felt I could no longer deal with this. It was a tough decision to file bankruptcy. I was out of options and did not see any other choice, but I was embarrassed and ashamed.
