      Prior to joining Globe Life Liberty National Division, Mitch Phelps was in the construction business. He wasn't crazy about it."I didn't feel I could grow there," Mitch said. "Truthfully, I felt that lack of growth at most every job I'd been a part of." So he sought out something different: a job - no, a career he could see himself sticking with, growing with, and that ultimately would change his life.Mitch found what he was looking for in Globe Life Liberty National Division."I didn't know much about insurance sales or the Company at the time," he said. "I just had the confidence that if I put the same effort into this career that I did my previous one, I'd be able to change my life and my family's life."Mitch's confidence and open-mindedness came through in spades. He quickly qualified for the prestigious Globe Life Liberty National Division Torch Club and Honor Club on top of being named Rookie Agent of the Year in 2006.
