I'VE been AT FIT4LIFE studio since 2010 making it a total of 9 years personal training AS of year 2015 NOW. Confidence in your TRAINER: I encourage everyone to research & choose their personal trainer wisely. It's very easy for BIG BOX gyms or even Independent trainers to PUT on a fake persona to WIN your money. Never a week goes by that I don't GET a NEW client in MY doors with that same story of a deceptive trainer or GYM ploys. On the bright side. YOU. The consumer has the power to research & feel OUT different personal trainers. Of course. I'D BE more than happy to give a free. NO obligation introduction respectively.
