I have tried to get an answer to one simpke issue. I purchased a Certified 2007 Rendezvous from this dealer in Feb 2010. I received a survey from either the dealership or GM. I answered as honestly as I could. Following this I received a call from the salesman in which he really got nasty and finished by indicating that he never wanted to speak to me or see me again. I later had a service issue and was basically told that they were not going to do anything else on this matter.(It just happens that I live 200 miles from their location) A couple weeks I received a letter from the salesman regarding the anniversary of my purchase of the Rendezvous(F). Later on he repeated the Rendezvous(F). I sent an email questioning the(F) No response. I then made a telephone call . the response was that the letters indicate the series. Not so, only letters to follow on this make are either CX or CXL. Believe it or not , I was then told that this was a computer glitch and that are attempting to fix.
