A technician did repairs on my appliance, but later the appliance failed to work. When I called for them to come out a fix it, I was blown off and scheduled like any other repair. Worse yet, when I asked for an explination the secretary yelled at me to the effect of, "Tomorrow, take it or leave it!" When I asked to speak with someone that wouldn't yell at their customers, I was transfered to the owner. She explained that I could sit on hold for eight hours if I like, but she wouldn't help me that day. When I asked rhetorically, "Are you kidding me? That's how you speak with your customers," she yelled to the effect, "Does it sound like I'm joking?!" She hung up on me.

I have been a customer for almost 20 years...they are on time and have guided me to repair or replace...repairs are guaranteed and proficient. They are a family owned business and carry pride of their service, including their son. I own an insurance agency and would refer their work to anyone.

I cant say how good or bad their repair service is since i cant actually get anyone to answer the phone. I have called albeit late,like 5 pm, and the phone was busy so i kept dialing over and over finally at 5:11pm it actually rung ......and rung ,,, and rung,,,,,, but no one answered. It seems they don't want to bother with an answering machine or service, you just have to catch them when it is convenient for them. I also called early Saturday and guess what? it rang and rang and rang................appliance service ? what service???
