1) Did only a fair job of pressure washing deck, missed a lot, 2) actually pressure washed around several small objects on area being washed instead of moving them, 3) uses cheap equipment that leaked gasoline in my yard, which didn t phase him, 4) uses cheap waterproofing products on deck, 5) actually drove his truck through my yard, 6) GET THE PRICE AND PRODUCTS TO BE USED IN WRITING, and 7) DON T PAY THIS GUY A DIME UNTIL THE ENTIRE JOB IS DONE. You won t see him again. Will not use again, will not recommend.
