I had a sound bath session with Liana, it was my first time and she quickly put my apprehension at ease. She was very knowledgeable and caring. The sound bath was nothing like I’d ever experienced or expected. While playing the crystal bowls I could feel tingling in the problem areas in my body (lower back and right ankle) followed by a peaceful state when the session finished. I will return and highly recommend for anyone experiencing health issues or stress/anxiety.

Amazing experience!! I left feeling super relaxed and calm and literally had the best sleep of my life.

Very nice to experience the Reset and Refresh session! It did both and opened new avenues to explore as I continue to experience different ways of healing as one gets older.

This was my third sound bath and my partner’s first. We felt comfortable and relaxed. Located in a convenient shopping mall with lots of parking. Would come back again.
