Why don't they get rid of the big hairdresser DD. She is rude and loud. Needs a muzzle.other then that the other girls are great! good color.

Everyone is friendly. Caters to all types of clientele. The hairdressers seem to be very knowledgeable about new trends and old favorites. You never have a long wait and when you do wait for the few minutes they keep you informed. Tried many salons and this one is my favorite.

I went to Scissor wizards on 4/7/06 to get a haircut as a walk-in appointment. This was absolutely the worst haircut I have ever received. The stylist left uneven spots and used dull scissors. When I pointed out a large raised spot that I could see, she went above the spot and cut a large chunk making it worse. I tried repeatedly to show her the spot, and instead of looking at it from my view she just kept cutting higher. I finally had enough and told her I would go elsewhere to get it fixed. She responded by telling me that she had been cutting mens hair for 25 years, to which I replied "obviously not very well!" The owner was not in, and the other stylists treated my like I had done something wrong. The stylist needs a lesson in customer service, as well as refresher haircutting lessons. Save yourself the time of having to get your hair cut twice, and go elsewhere.
