i.e., A Don't know who is in charge now but I used to LOVE taking my dogs there and now no one seems to want to "work" and comb/brush through the hair before they wash the dogs.....they call and say "we will need to shave them" which is the "lazy" way out let out the fastest way to make a buck and I know this because I USED to be a groomer! Doubt I will be taking my dogs back ever again,,...and those of you who get the that call that says "we can't comb through their legs" tell them to put a little "elbow grease" into it and see if they know what you mean.....if they don't move on like me.local favorite, or highly recommended because

This is a good alternate store but the manager got snippy with me when she was getting me feeder rossy's because there were two other customers waiting and she was in a hurry to wait on them. She didn't bother to call for another employee to come and help. I'm giving three stars not because of her but for the availavility of items that other local stores don't have in stock or run out of. One employee that waited on me about a month before the "snippy manage" incident was very nice and was patient.
