Lowest rates I've seen in years. There are no junk fees, smoke and mirrors, or gawdy retail lender fees. This company strictly works off the volume created, and obtains their money through wholesale channels. If you go to a grocery store, if you want to save the most, and get more bang for your buck, you would buy wholesale through a Costco versus, Acme or Wawa. This is the same thing, although you are buying money.
