Before I start , I love how Layla does hair , I'm making a review because my hair was talked about , and I'm a natural type of female no perms , no heat , I do comb my hair they just couldn't manage it which I asked before I got into the car and told them my hair is very thick , I don't have this problem when I go to any other shop , now when I got there I thought Layla was doing my hair because I asked her on the phone was she busy on that day and she said I can come in so when I did Layla was doing hair so they told me to sit in the chair , of course this is my only off day and it was 11am so this new lady I didn't even seen before started doing my hair , so I did ask lalya what you busy and she said she just got busy , so I didn't want to be rude so I gave the lady a chance ,I went thru it all with this lady , she was on the phone the whole time ,complaining she has a headache , yanking my hair so hard ,asking Layla how to extend the hard using to brands of hair very unhappy ����
