Club and the staff are great. Great facility.However, management and collection department is another issue.I joined for 30 months terms with 3 monthly payment .Paid first payment at time of signing. Next 2 month payments were due on receipt of invoice.They claim they mailed me 5 invoices but I did not receive any mail or email or notice that payment is due when I checked it the club . I disputed their lake payment charges but they will not budge. Even credit card companies, utility companies and banks waive on legitimate grounds but the collection department is worst than the IRS . To cut the dispute I mailed them a check with notice that if they cashed it , it will influence my opinion fot eh management of Kirkwood, but as stated they are worst than IRS. Will think twice before I do business with them again.
