I was in an accident and WPD called Jack Smith's to tow my car. I was pretty banged up from the accident and wasn't able to make it to the tow yard until 5 days later to release my car to the insurance company. I went empty out my car and saw that someone went all through my car. They were all through my glove compartment, which is always locked. I have called twice so far and haven't been able to speak with a manager. I am very angry and upset that my property and my privacy was invaded. The car is still my property and they had no right to go through it.

12-25-14...on 95 my car suddenly overheated. Pulled over and called AAA . Tow truck was there in an hour! Closest place was Jack Smith's Service Center. Left car there..dropped keys in overnight slot and crossed my fingers, hoped for the best and went to join family for X-mas dinner.Called them the following day and turned out to be radiator hose exploded. Spoke to multiple people there..ALL of them very helpful ,courteous and polite. They explained things to me and put my mind at ease. The bill was what I expected and would return there again if my 96 mustang ever exploded again!
