The Delaware Division of Employment and Training, also known as DET, offers job search assistance and resume development services. Located in Wilmington, Del., the division provides vocational counseling and referral services. It also offers job placement and relocation assistance services to individuals with disabilities. The Delaware Division of Employment and Training administers employment programs that include recruitment services for youths. The division administers several federal- and state-funded programs that assist employers, as well as individuals with social, economic and educational barriers and wish to make a transition to employment. It is a part of the Delaware Department of Labor, which operates through industrial affairs and unemployment insurance divisions.
