I absolutely do not recommend this plumber. A few years ago he put $5,600.00 water conditioning equipment into my home. It has never worked properly from day one. I have had him here several times to resolve the issue and he simply makes a thousand and one excuses. Then on top of it he insists that I pay for the house call which always ends up being another $200 or more. I since have had a couple of other companies come in and see if his equipment can be fixed. Every other plumber that I have consulted with, has told me that Mr. Woodrow put the wrong equipment in and it is not suitable for this house!! I feel like Mr Woodrow wasn't being honest to me and he did not stand by his work. I don't mind paying someone for a good service but in this case I did not get what I payed for!

Was having a new roof put on needed to have a vent moved that was a constant leak problem. They came out right away looked at the job and gave me a price before the did the work! They worked with the roofer to get the vent moved and properly sealed. They did a great job the price is a little higher than I expected but the professionalism was well worth the price. They took extra care not to damage anything, wore shoe covers and put drop cloths down on the floor in the second floor just in case something were to fall from them moving around in the attic. Now that is service and consideration.

office staff polite & knowelageable. the plumbers were clean and neat wore shoe covers to protect my carpets, they told me how much it was going to cost. and they did it for that price no surprises. love there radio show
