Founded in 1994, RPMS Inc is a strategic advisory firm providing services including M&A, financial planning, business management and operations consulting, and capital financing. RPMS specializes in serving small and middle-market companies, the private equity community and family businesses in the United States and internationally. RPMS provides strategic advice along with financing capabilities which support on going operations, acquisitions, divestitures, growth investments, and recapitalizations. We work with clients in a wide range of industries, with a principal focus on the retail, consumer products, distribution and manufacturing sectors. We bring judgment and capabilities refined over a half-century of continual service and transaction experience of the principals to each client's unique situation.
