Built us a new home 5 yrs ago. Today I contacted Mr Prater about dry rot we've discovered while replacing recent hail damaged windows under 4 of 4 windows due to them being installed incorrectly according to a professional window/glass installer these windows were installed wrong and not sealed well causing them to leak into walls. Mr Prater said he doesn't know that without inspecting said windows and refuses to come look. He is not willing to fix or even inspect this problem. Not good business in my opinion. And we're left with a 5 yr old rotting house
