With over 16 years of experience, Get Fast Inc. is a personal fitness training center. Based in Willow brook, Ill., it provides with training programs, such as athletic movement mechanics, fast twitch muscle fiber recruitment, muscular size and strength. The health center executes workouts that include sprint, back pedal, side shuffles and jumping, to name a few. The fitness center offers programs, including print mechanics, neuromuscular coordination, anaerobic and aerobic conditioning and muscle physiology. Get Fast Inc. coaches at the NCAA, NBA and NFL level.
