Had a wrought iron railing installed around our second floor deck in summer of 2011. By the following summer a section of the railing was bubbled and beginning to rust. At this point the section is very rusted and unsightly. We were told that it was not their responsibility and that company that does their coatings was responsible. They cannot guarantee the paint/coating on their railings any more than a new car dealer guarantees the paint on a new car?!? The new railing is still rusting away thanks to William Henry Iron Works.
