      If you like to workout and have fun doing it. Temples in shape is the place to be, The owner and staff is very friendly. And the people are great. So if you like to workout on great spin bike clean and friendly place come to TEMPLES IN SHAPE

      Excellent, high energy work outs that keep you coming back for more. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for cardio classes to burn some calories!! The spinning classes are the best around, and I have been to quite a few!!.
