It manufactures Top Cat air tools in a state-of-the-art design, manufacturing, sales and assembly process facility in Willoughby, Ohio. T.C. Service Co. s tools comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards.
