They did not show up for my wedding ceremony I have never been so embarrassed in my entire life. It has now been a joke in every wedding we have attended since ours. The dj was then late for our cocktail hour, the photographer did not show up to the beauty shop while i was getting ready. but at least he was at the venue. The dj then called us by the wrong name during the reception; he did not play the music i asked for but played the music I did not ask for.

since our wedding it has been such an ordeal trying to not only get in contact with them but get a refund since we paid for services not received that we cannot enjoy any memory of our wedding bc it literally brings me to tears and anger

save yourself the headache and heart ache. seriously I could not be any more sincere when I say learn from our mistake. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree that I would never recommend this company to anyone! We did a package deal of a DJ, limo, video and photography. The pictures were completely orchestrated by myself since the photographer had no creative ideas for poses. In most pictures there are tweaks such as posture and hand placement that was not corrected. Not very professional. Our limo had NO air conditioning in is on a 90 degree day for the first hour of use. After the ceremony when the entire bridal party gathered in and the problem was "fixed" it still wasn't working properly. NO REFUND EVER GIVEN. Not even for the first hour. Also, the time management was not utilized as we only went to one destination for photos and never made it to our second destination. The DJ did not have the correct song that I requested for when my father and his wife walked out. As for the video I never watch it because it is so horrible that it reminds me of what an awful experience I had with this company. The owner also has the attitude that his clients work for him and not the other way around. He is sarcastic and does not understand the concept of customer service. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau but I didn't get anywhere with him on that. He also makes up stuff just to make him and his staff look good when they are really in the wrong. I am giving one star but if I had a choice I would give zero.

BRIDES AND GROOMS BEWARE!!! The owner handles most of customer relations and is very difficult to work with. Our wedding pictures were pretty awful. We were told by owner of the company we could expect 800-1000 pictures after our 12hr wedding day, we only received about 530 total. We were not given all the pictures taken the day of the wedding as guaranteed in their advertisement. Owner of the company gave us the run around when trying to resolve our dissatisfaction with the pictures. He refused and ignored our attempts to get a refund and tried to lock us into a settlement agreement stating he would only re-edit our photos if we promised to quit pursuing the company after the re-editing even if we still were not happy.
