Beware! If your looking for accountablity and you spend more than $700, well Rainbow Bishop location is not for you. First, I was lied to and I found out after the fact. They told me there was no universal catalytic converter for my 2008 Buick Lacrosse. Lies, I was over charged and I'm taking to another mechanic tomorrow and see what type of catalytic converter they put on. I had a cracked serpentine belt that I rode on for 6 months bc I didn't know. But when they replaced it, not even 2 weeks later it came off while my daughter and I were getting off the freeway. Of course they denied it was their error, after pullys and parts inspected it was their mechanic fault. No sorry you and your daughter could have lost your lifes,no discount, no money back NOTHING BUT your car ready. I witnessed their mechanic phone someone for advice, he watched a YouTube video and called out another mechanic. A no more than 30 minute job took 1 1/2 half. How I know, the mechanic was outside their garage near waiting area. Yes I did mention to Jess (woman), my uncertainty. Horrible, STAY AWAY!!!! Calling corporate office and if parts are what I'm thinking, I'll escalate matter. I hate shops who take advantage of women.
