What a great turnaround this facility has done! Great staff giving exceptional care!!! Highly recommend!!
Please think twice before putting your loved one here. The staff is very rude & unprofessional to both residents & family. My mom has been dropped a couple times by aids trying to move her. Lots of safety issues here. Reporting neglect to management is never taken seriously. They are extremely understaffed and patients are left waiting hours for assistance. The call/help buttons rarely work in the rooms, which doesn't seem to matter as they rarely address a call light anyway. They don't dress residents and they are often put to bed for the evening in soiled clothes. On The rare occasion when there is supervision in the cafeteria, it is by a couple of aids that laugh and joke in the back corner with their cell phones. There is no care or compassion given by any staff in this facility.
what i have seen of this place in the last two months sickens me. My grandfather is there and being neglected mistreated and We are looking into something or anything that can be done. please dont allow your family to stay there
