Joe at Cutting Edge Limousine was great. He saved my night out with my friends. We rented another limo from a company in Mentor and the driver never showed up. We called the other company and all we got was a machine. On a Sat night late, Cutting Edge actually had a live person answer the phone and Joe got a limo to my house in less then 30 minutes from the time I called and me and my girlfriends had a wonderful girls night out!!!! Cutting Edge Limousine was AWESOME!!!!!! The service was great, the limousines were nice, clean, shiny, and the drivers where very helpful. Thank you so much for making my wedding day so spectacular!!! Jenny Gentral

Unfortunately, Cutting Edge Limo was the dark spot on an otherwise wonderful day. They provided a stretch Escalade that had no air conditioning for a June 2nd wedding. Upon numerous calls requesting a new limo, we were lied to by the driver that stated a replacement was unavailable, and then tried to say that he would take it back to the shop to "get the freon recharged". It came back warmer than before. The driver was incredibly rude, ignored us trying to speak with him, would not accept directions (which led us to getting lost for 30 minutes), and stopped opening the door for my bride. After we baked in the back on an 84 degree day for over twice as long as we should have, we arrived at the reception site. 30 minutes later, a text message from the driver came to my bride's phone asking where his tip was.
