      Willoughby Hills Auto Repair recently worked on my car and I purchased tires as well. The estimate was accurate and repair done well. They're friendly, knowledgeable and the customer service is excellent. They treat you like family. I love the fact I can trust them with my repair needs! Thanks guys!

      This is review I'm posting where ever I can. Thanks for ripping us off this past Thursday! RIPOFF BEWARE!!! WHAR charged my wife almost $800.00 for a rear axle disc brake job. This place definitely took advantage of her lack of knowledge of auto repair. We normally use a nearby place in Mentor that quoted me $250.00-$300.00for the brake job. The toyota dealer was much lower than you! Why she decided to go with these crooks from WHAR is beyond me. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO HAVE YOUR AUTO REPAIRS DONE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING RIPOFFED!!!!!!!
