For about 10 years, I lived in Willits, CA. I discovered Auto Mart after a few years. Jim and his wife and staff were so customer-satisfaction oriented, I promised myself to use their services. As it happened, he was Johnny-on-the-spot when my car needed servicing. He came to the auto repair shop....he filed the necessary papers with a smile and he explained everything and was always pleasant, even when I was not in the market for renting or purchasing an auto. Last June 2009, I needed a rental car for some weeks before I departed California. Again, he was there with a pleasant smile and the correct paperwork, as though we were old friends.It is not easy to do business in California. Jim and his staff are the very best. I would recommend them with 5 stars. I wish he wanted to transfer to Missouri, but he insisted he wanted to stay in Willits, CA! Patricia in St. Louis, MO
