The men that came were professional and did an excellent job cleaning and old and neglected chimney, as well as replacing the chimney liner. they were punctual, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

We needed to get our 24 year old fireplace & the associated chminey stack checked out for a potential hole, as we were concerned about sometimes smell of smoke on 2nd floor. Our fireplace provider suggested calling The Bruckliners for an assessment. We set up a date for a home visit and a potential time slot and they agreed to call us 30 minutes before their arrival. Sure enough, the technician Adam called us 30 minutes before the time slot and arrived exactly on time! He quickly got to work, but first listened very carefully to the symptons and concerns we were seeing. Then he proceeded to do a thorough check that also included a visit to our attic through a small ceiling access panel to help better understand the situation. He took lots of pictures, but more importantly took time to explain his conclusion, which helped allevite many of our concerns. There is still an estimate due us after some reseach on this old fireplace, but I was VERY impressed with Adam and his work so far!!!

It is evident that Brickliners strives to create a positive experience from start to finish.
The guys came to clean my upstairs dryer duct. They were timely, friendly, efficient and made sure they cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely have them back next year!
