I am so disgusted with Christopherson's. We bought a new furnace from them 4 years ago: after 2 years the sparky thing (not the technical name) needed to be replaced so $200 and a couple weeks later, it was done. Now it's been another two years and when we tried to light the furnace over a month ago, it wouldn't start. Same issue. So the call was made that day for service, and numerous subsequent calls as well. They finally left us a message yesterday that due to circumstances beyond their control, they would not be able to repair our furnace and suggested we find someone else. Why could they not have 'fessed up a month ago?? Our house is 60 degrees with both electric heaters running. Shame on you, Christopherson's.
