Awful words alone cannot express the tremendous amount of dissapointment. Never reachable never returns calls not once did she ever take my thoughts into consideration. When I asked her if she had ever had a negative against her license her response was No when infact she does have at least one negative report against het license. Unfortunatly I found this out after my case was over. Awful
