Been going for over 10 years. Tried other cleaners previously and Reads is the best. They are pleasant and accomodating. Never had a problem from gowns to men's shirts. We bring all our shirts and dry cleaning. If we find something they missed they take it back and redo with a smile.

I had taken a few things to Read's and had no problems. Then I took a pair of pants and got them back with little tiny bumps all through the fabric. It appeared they had washed them in a regular washing machine when they were dry clean only, or somehow mistreated them. They would not give a refund or do anything about it.
