This florist was recommended to me by someone who uses them regularly. I live out of town, and ordered a floral arrangement in a vase for a family funeral. When I saw the vase of flowers that was delivered, I was disappointed and embarrassed. It was very skimpy for the $100.00 ++ price I paid!! I wondered if my out of town address made them think I would not actually see the arrangement. I called to complain and was given a $25.00 refund.
