I received a letter in the mail stating that they could save me almost $300.00 off my Homeowners insurance. My husband and I called and gave our personal info over the phone, as they wanted to get quotes in advance before meeting with us. We were told they would have quotes for us by the next business day and they would call us. We received no phone call, so my husband called the following day only to be told that they were still working on it as none of the quotes were coming in lower then our current insurance provider, but they were going to keep looking and get back to us later that day. A week went by and still not call back. I called the office today to advice them to destroy my info. Now our credit has been dinged, who knows how many times and I never saw anything showing what these quotes came in at. I called my current insurance company and was able to get my rates lowered almost $300.00...Call your existing insurance provider first...
