      Bailey's Success

      I was at my wits end with my 8 month old lab puppy Bailey. Something had to be done or he had to go. He never listened to me. He also run out the front door any time it opened, and I couldn't even think about leaving food on the counter or it would be in Bailey's belly in seconds. I came across Standing O'Paws on yellow pages and thought it was worth a phone call. Was I surprised when I called and told them everything that was going wrong with my dog and Jenn was able to start training that day!!! She talked to me about the benefits of teaching certain commands and the importance of giving Bailey a "job" since he was a working breed. The part that really nailed it for me was that she would come to my house and work with my out of control Bailey. It's been 4 weeks since we started working with Jenn and Bailey is not the same dog as when we started. He now sits at the front door and waits to be called out. He looks at me when I say his name, and he goes to his bed any time I put something on the counter. And that's just the beginning. With the control that I now have over him we can go on walks around the neighborhood and Bailey is the role model for all of the other dogs in the neighborhood. We're even starting an Agility class in July. THANKS JENN!!!

      We offer quality dog training at affordable prices. Training should be fun, not a financial burden. Our trainer, Jennifer, has over 10 years of experience working with dogs and their owners helping them build happy and healthy relationships. She has clients around the globe including the US, Japan, England, Germany, and Sicily. Jennifer believes training should be an enjoyable experience for both dogs and owners and uses a firm but gentle approach with strictly positive reinforcement techniques. She also believes that continued education isn't a choice but a neccessity for all dogs to keep your dog at their best mentally, physically, and behaviorally. She stays on top of the training industry by attending teaching seminars and webinars. Jennifer is member of the Association on Pet Dog Trainers (#75732) and an approved Evaluator (#8831) for the American Kennel Club's Canine Good Citizen program.
