I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism exhibited by the staff of Ormsby's. We recently had out snow blower picked up for repair and dropped back off at our door. In addition to repairing the blower, they gave us full instructions as to how to care for the blower and a schedule to maintain the blower properly. These instructions were better than the manual that came with the blower! It was a delight to see in this day and age that there are still companies out there that still believe in quality work with a personal touch!

Definitely recommend. Went to Ormsby's twice. Once for parts for my lawn mower and once for parts for my snow blower. They had the parts both times and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable.
