I really want to give this place a 5 star but wtheck was that? Value is true, compared to anyone else I contacted in the same area they beat the price. Honest as all get out, could have ripped me off with a more expensive route and I would never have known....but man that crazy lady, she was mean. I cant figure out why she would treat me like that then I heard her on the phone with several others...shes just an unhappy person? Why they keep her is beyond me must be the grandma or mother in law owns the joint but you are only as good as your support! Customer service is everything!I wont recommend the place (unless you can take that kind of people) because it ruined our day. Being talked to like we are bad people...I rather pay a little more..a lot more....for the complete package. She hurt my feelings, made the hubby defensive and grumpy, then the kids were feeling it and got bratty...the day was shot as far as our excited mood just hours before... When you are on a vaca you want a bad experience to be changed into a refreshing experience....made as smooth as possible. You pay a lot to have this family memory of happy times and we would have paid three times what they charged just to not have had the experience of such a person.

Very good, inexpensive, knowledgeable and most of all honest, repair shop. Gene, the owner takes pride in his workmanship and always wants to make sure the customer comes first. He saved me over $2500 what the Ford dealer would have charged me on a transmission repair on my Excursion! Not only that but he showed me my parts and told me what parts he replaced them with that were recommend to use by repair sites I had researched before taking it to Goodeal. I never mentioned what parts were recommended to use when I dropped it off. He provides a guarantee of 12,000 miles or one year for most repairs.

This is the most honest automotive place I've ever been to. Everyone else tries to rip you off. I won't go to anyone else before I go to him!

This place is the best to get your car fixed at. They offer great prices and outstanding quality. If there is ever a problem with my transmission this is the place I go. I highly suggest them to anyone who has a transmission problem.
