Over about a12 year period I have used this business many times including for some rather large jobs. Despite loyalty, today I was told they do not want me as a customer any longer because I disputed some charges on previous bills. My bills have always been paid on time and in full. While contractors bill "from portal to portal", from their shop door to the job and then back, before a tech even performs the work, this firm tacks on an extra $15 "zone charge" because I live about a half hour from their shop. Bills often look like the tech time has been exaggerated. It should be either the "portal to portal charge [about an hour in my case] or it should be the "zone charge" to cover the travel time. NOT BOTH! Use this firm at your monetary risk!

Easter Sunday morning my heat-pump stopped working. With in one hour after my call to Quality Air a tech was at my door. With in half an hour the problem was found and corrected. A full written report of all checks ,corrections and repairs needed was handed and explained to me.
