      This will sound like exaggeration because it's so utterly ridiculous, but I swear it is not. We've lived in Williamsport for 21 years and attempt the KFC about 3-4 times a year because the anger from the last time has worn off and "this will be the time they finally get it right." Wrong. Do the math: 21 years times 3 or 4 is anywhere from 63 to 84 consecutive times they have completely screwed up our order. An utterly ridiculous management and staff. Either the business model is to hire the most ridiculously incompetent people they can find or the management is universally inept. Don't go here. Save yourself the anger and frustration. The stupidity, it burns
