The dispatcher is rude as hell, and will straight lie about your wait time, then give you an attitude when you call for an update after 45 minutes. I’ve called out of desperation five times, even tho I was warned about them, and I have had nothing but bad experiences. Three times, I gave up and took the bus after my car didn’t show up. Once, it showed up 40 minutes after I was told less than ten minutes, then the driver “accidentally got lost”, adding about $4 to the fare. Finally, the last time, I was given such a horrible attitude by the dispatcher (I literally just said “Hi, I was wondering if you had any cars available, and about how long of a wait it would be to get picked up in Montoursville,” and received such a rude response (“They’re parked downtown, so however the hell long it takes them to get to you.”) that I walked a half mile to buy an Uber gift card - I only had cash, which is why I didn’t get an Uber to begin with - and finally got home an hour later, just to avoid dealing with these people. Funny thing is, I still probably got home sooner than I would have if I had waited for them. They’re awful. Billtown Cab has no redeeming qualities whatsoever.

Terrible service. Called last week for a ride took 85 minutes to show up. Could barely understand the call. He didn't confirm address. Then had friend in front seat who needed to go to his house. After 18 minutes to take his friend home he said quote "don't worry i'll knock a dollar of the price" while meter was already at $9.25. Three days ago called for a ride (only reason is because there r no other taxi services in williamsport) waited an hour and 45 minutes called back and he said was on the way. Waited another 45 minutes no one showed so I just left. Terrible company would be cheaper to call someone out of town.

Well Ive called them twice now and both times it's been an ordeal!!!!!!! I don't ever write on these things but I'm pissed off right now!!!!! If their is another route take it!!!!!!
