Made an online reservation and it said they would contact me within 30 minutes. 6 hours later still never heard from them.

I was quoted a round trip fare from York River Yacht to Jamestown, at the end she doubled the fare! When I called she was rude and then hung up on me!! Do not use this company!!?

The dispatcher was rude and angry. He told me that he didn't have time to answer my questions. He said, "Let me explain how this works. I ask the questions and you give me the answers." I asked a question and he said, "Ma'am, this conversation is about to take a turn." I asked him what he meant. Long story short, he hung up on me and wouldn't take any subsequent calls. I called Williamsburg Taxi (not to be confused with Taxi Williamsburg) and they were polite, professional and came right out. I would have felt uncomfortable riding with Triangle Taxi. The dispatcher gave me the creeps.

Super service! I am a local and also own a B&B so I not only use the service but get feedback from guests. I can't say enough good things but can add my own experience.



Delayed flight, then cancelled flight and all the while the driver Johnny keeping in contact for a resv. made a month ahead! Driver waiting at RIC after long journey - I was so thankful. Wouldn't call anyone else now!

I had a great experience with Triangle taxi. They have clean and very nice cars. I highly recommend the driver that who gave me a ride to airport. Ethem is a great driver. Thank you Triangle taxi and thank you Ethem...

Dispatcher is rude. Driver gave the finger to another driver.

The driver had no idea where we were going, and could not use his GPS. It was not even downloaded. Every cab has a GPS now. Then he gets angry at me when it is obviously not my fault he is incompetent. This is after showing up 40 minutes after the time he was supposed to. Call Colonial Cabs in williamsburg instead, Triangle drivers are awful!!!

One of their drivers ran a stop sign in front of me and almost caused a major accident. I pulled up next to him to provide a description to the dispatch. The guy was talking smack through the window. As I drove off, he began blowing his horn and throwing his hands up in the air like a high school kid wanting to fight. Real professionals here. I don't recommend this taxi service unless you have really good health insurance and want to test it.

Terrrible company, very rude drivers absolutely never on time. DO NOT USE.
