Called asking what I thought were "crazy" questions and they gentleman that answered the phone was most helpful. Planning a trip to the store!

I was very impressed yesterday when I went in to ask a question about repairing my gas fireplace. They where all very helpful and tried to fix my problem without it costing me any money. I would recommend them to anybody, it's nice to find people who are not just out for what they can get but genuinely want to help.

I have a Martin Ind. direct vent fireplace. Although Taproot Hearth & Patio doesn't service the maker of my fireplace, the gentleman that answered the phone was extremely helpful in troubleshooting my problem over the phone. He also gave me a reference for someone who would be able to assist me for future issues. His assistance was a relief from the calls made to other fireplace specialists that were so quick to dismiss me.
