      Ask for Chris!!!!!! He was beyond helpful! He ran to the Newport News store on his break to make sure I got the phone I wanted. He got me set up with a new phone and cleaned up my current phone!! He helped me install new apps and the metro ride device! He was very knowledgeable and addressed all my questions in a professional manner.... Best experience I have had with Metro, by far!!!!!
