Love the gym! I like the small feel of the gym. Its clean, has all the equipement you would need without the craziness of a large facility! Josh and Melinda are the best! So happy that I found this place!

Awesome gym. Great trainers and friendly staff. All the equipment you could need without being one of those over crowded huge gyms. Felt completely safe with 24 hour access. I would recommend this gym to anyone in the Williamsburg area looking for a gym to join.
