Horrible service, managers are not well trained with handling customer service issues, instead of doing their job and addressing the issues they throw you out of the store.
I have had two bad experiences with this Lowes' flooring and delivery. The first was for laminate flooring for a cement floor room. After the delivery has been delayed and ignored, we discovered that we had been charged for much more than we ordered and ignored when we asked about it.
This time, we received two phone calls advising us of our delivery. Then the date was delayed. Next we received a phone call to expect delivery between 10-12. I took a half day off. That morning I was told that the delivery would be between 1:30-3:30. No truck ever arrived.
When we called, we were told that the delivery would happen two weeks later--AFTER the installation date. We explained and were assured that the delivery would be in two days. Sill no truck.
The delivery manager put us on hold and never picked up again. The manager would not speak to us.
I would advise against using this Lowes for big projects, special orders, deliveries, and especially flooring!
