Avoid Jeff's Flowers. I ordered an arrangement with soft, pink orchids and short, broad leafs to compliment. But the arrangement delivered was completely different! Tall bladed leaves and sharp, pointy, orange flowers that look kind of like pincushion protea. Jeff's Flowers said the flowers I ordered were no longer in stock; so they sent a different arrangement in its place. I can't believe they completely changed the order without my permission! If they substituted flowers were similar in color and style I would have been ok with it, but these were totally different. You cannot expect the substituted flowers to go in the same room as the original flowers. These flowers were a big thank you to dear friends and meant for display in their waiting room for show to guests. Now they have a hideous, freaky-looking plant sitting there. I think they should throw it out. The worst part is Jeff's Flowers did not see this as a problem and would do nothing to remedy the situation.
