Very unprofessional. They use their staff for pennies and charge clients very high rates. Alley the coordinator is very rude. The owner doesn't return calls, he nor his wife. They use aides until they no longer need them for particular cases then they lay the off and hire new ones that arent familiar with what they are doing just to have fresh faces. I do not recommend this company and would advise you to go else where.
